Christmas Soirée, Villa Principe Leopoldo
At this traditional Christmas Soirée the Foundation presented Mark Milhofer tenor, Isabelle Perrin harp and Vladimir Guryanov piano. Arriving guests were greeted by the Alphorn ensemble Amici Corno delle Alpi Ticino.

An Evening of Christmas Music in the City of London
It was an atmospheric experience for the 170 guests in attendance as the famed Tenebrae chorus performed by candlelight at the beautiful Merchant Taylors' Hall.
The concert was generously sponsored by Investec Private Bank.

Marie-Stéphanie Janecek performed Dvořák's Cello Concerto with the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra, under the baton of Geoffrey Simon.
Reception / Soirée at the Swiss Embassy in Beijing
The Swiss Ambassador to China co-hosted, with Lausanne's Beau-Rivage Hotel, a glittering soirée at the Beijing Embassy. The Swiss Global Artistic Foundation provided two outstanding young pianists, Ms Jin Yuan and Mr Yang Xioafan, to play for some of Beijing's most prominent business leaders.
Investec Soirée: "Out of the Ordinary"
The success of last year's programme for Investec Trust prompted a repeat. This year the cocktail reception and musical performance took place at Geneva's verdant Restaurant Hôtel du Parc des Eaux-Vives.

Jours des Arts III
The Foundation returned to the idyllic Château de Montcaud for the third annual Jours des Arts retreat, from 5-8 October.
This year's theme was especially appropriate to the Avignon region: Impressionism--the imaginative world of Debussy, Ravel, Mallarmé, Monet and Gauguin.

The Swiss Global Artistic Foundation sponsored an appearance by Antoine Rebstein at the Crans-Montana Festival Les Sommets du Classique.
Northwest Mahler Festival
Concert by the Northwest Mahler Festival Orchestra, Geoffrey Simon Music Director.
The Swiss Global Artistic Foundation sponsored an appearance by the 18-year-old Korean violinist Hahn-Bin as soloist in Sarasate's Carmen Fantasy.
Summer Garden Party and Concert
A musical programme and gathering for the Friends of the Foundation was held at the Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne to mark the end of the 2005-6 concert season.
The Annual Red Cross Ball
The Foundation brings a quartet of alphorns from Switzerland for the Red Cross Ball.
The 2006 Elizabeth Brockman Master Class, Awards and Grants in Classical Music
A master class by Geoffrey Simon and a Foundation-sponsored performance by violinist Hahn-Bin.
Gala Concert and Dinner with Joshua Bell, for the Philharmonia Orchestra
A memorable event was hosted by the Ambassador of Switzerland to the UK and Mrs Alexis P. Lautenberg, at their London residence. It benefited the Philharmonia Orchestra and the Swiss Cultural Fund in Britain.
The renowned violinist Joshua Bell appeared with the young Swiss cellist Marie-Stéphanie Janecek, presented by the Swiss Global Artistic Foundation.
The Annual Christie's Soirée
Held at Christie's Great Rooms at St James's, London, the evening commenced with a champagne cocktail and Dr Timothy Hunter's introduction to the Old Master Pictures to be auctioned on 28 April.
The musical performance which followed included the British debut of the Geneva-based Quatuor Terpsycordes, presented by the Swiss Global Artistic Foundation in association with the Swiss Cultural Fund in Britain. The programme was completed by Isabelle Perrin harp and Mark Milhofer tenor.
