The Swiss Global Artistic Foundation sponsored an appearance by the 18-year-old Korean violinist Hahn-Bin as soloist in Sarasate’s Carmen Fantasy.
In addition to the Sarasate, the programme included Respighi’s Belkis, Queen of Sheba Suite and Mahler’s Das Lied von der Erde.
Hahn-Bin also gave a well-received master class for young Seattle-area string players.
